Universal online identity

Apparently Linden labs (makers of Second Life) and IBM are collaborating to let people take their online identity and avatar between virtual worlds. It’s about time, but I really hope they pay attention to things that already exist like OpenID.

hey joel, totally off topic, but can you email me mandruku at gmail and tell me a wee bit about wordpress and how you’ve hosted it? i wanna start a semi-professional blog, and using blogger just is not the go, i’m gonna get a url from godaddy.com, but that’s as far as i know. where are you hosting this? was it easy to install wordpress? does wordpress have a feature like blogger to use a blogger blog but on your own domain> thanks
